By purchasing or using a BeyondWego pass you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the service.
A BeyondWego pass grants you personal access to that city's web-app map (and, on the Companion Pass, the Abeona AI companion) for the period you select — 7, 14 or 30 days. It is a time-limited licence to use the service, billed once with no auto-renewal; it is not a transfer of ownership of the underlying content. When the pass period ends, access ends.
Your access link is for you. Please don't resell, publicly republish or redistribute the map data. Sharing your link defeats the work that goes into keeping the maps good.
We work hard to keep every spot accurate and current, but places change — they move, close or change hours. The map is a curated guide, not a guarantee. Always check ahead for anything time-sensitive.
A BeyondWego pass is a digital product that unlocks instant access to the city map, so once your access link has been opened and the pass activated it is generally non-refundable. That said, we want you to be happy: if your pass never worked, you were charged in error, or something is genuinely broken on our side, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll either fix it or issue a full refund. Because each pass is billed once with no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the period you bought runs out. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, and any dispute will be handled in good faith — please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to make it right before anything formal. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
